This was my contribution to 36 Days of Type – 2020. My approach was to improve my 3D knowledge in Cinema 4D and to get to know the Redshift Renderer better.
It was also a good opportunity to experiment creatively with letterforms.

about 36 Days of Type
‘36 Days of Type’ is an annual creative challenge in which artists, designers and creatives from all over the world take part.
The challenge lasts 36 days and asks participants to create a new representation of a letter or number each day. This is often done using different styles, techniques and media, from traditional drawing to digital art.
The aim is to encourage artistic exploration of typography, design and visual expression. The results are shared on social media using the hashtag #36daysoftype, resulting in a global online gallery of creative work. This initiative encourages the exchange of ideas and inspiration among like-minded people while celebrating the diversity and innovation of typography.
